Affiliate questions, answered
20% of everything your referrals spend, for as long as they remain customers. A single agency spending $800/month earns you $160/month — indefinitely. There is no cap on referrals or earnings.
Your link sets a 60-day cookie. If your referral signs up within that window, they're bound to you permanently — later visits through other channels never re-assign a customer that converted through your link.
Monthly. Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment to cover refunds, then approved. Once your approved balance passes $50 it's included in the next monthly payout run.
No — self-referrals are automatically voided. The program rewards bringing new customers to Ferra, not discounting your own account.
Resellers buy usage at wholesale and sell it under their own brand — they keep the margin. Affiliates simply refer customers to Ferra and earn 20% of what those customers spend. One customer can only be in one program's economics.
Everything lives in your Ferra dashboard. Applying creates your login; sign in there to see whether you have been approved, copy your referral link, and watch your click numbers. Commission calculation and payouts are still being built — tracking runs from the day you are approved.
